A time of new birth


First we had the birth of the baby horse...

Then we had the birth of the baby ducks.....

Then we had the birth of the baby finches.....mommy bird made her nest behind my geraniums..


and then there was the finale! Welcome, Baby Rose.

    Yes, I did know that, I watched it build the nest. It feels so nice to think that the fowl feel safe enough to build nests near us....even with a family of trigger happy males around:-D

    SELECTIVELY trigger happy. We don't shoot pretty birds or birds that sing prettily.
